Tonight I went to Tanner's baseball game. He was the starting pitcher. But...after he pitched a couple of innings they pulled him and then put him in as catcher. He was catching for his team's best pitcher, Cam. I wish I had a picture of Cam. He's twelve years old, but he's about a foot taller than most of the kids on their team and boy-oh-boy can he pitch! He's pretty intimidating on the mound. Anyway, on our way home Tanner says, "When you're catching Cam you have to time your blinks".
I said, "Time your blinks? As in, 'if you blink you'll miss it', time your blinks?"
And he said, "Yes".
I laughed and laughed and laughed.
I Love Tanner!!

That is too funny! What handsome boys you have. I love all of them in their uniforms! We are so sad to be missing this season! It looks as though Tucson is not going to happen for us so we are hoping to be back in Mesa! I'll keep you updated!
That's hilarious! I just have this visual of Tanner out there all crouched down ready for the pitch counting in his head! Too cute.
Hey how are you. I haven't blogged in so long, but I love love love the boys and baseball. I can't wait for that day, even though it is very hard getting them all to practice. Isn't baseball great!!! They all look so cute, and yes you can look cute playing baseball. Just ask me! I love that you guys get to enjoy a long season of ball!
SO CUTE! I love that! My kids are crackin me up left and right these days so I got a chuckle out of that one as well. :)
