It's Official...

...He's A Teenager!!!

The only thing Tanner wanted (from Kev and I) for his birthday was a new bike. Well, he's stinkin' spoiled because this is the super-duper-maximum-over-the-top-deluxe version of a bicycle.

Along with the bike came the rules:

This bike cost more than you. Take care of it.

I know...there's nothing like a tight-wad mom to put a damper on an otherwise happy day.

G&G Hawkins gave him an iHome--SCORE!That night Kevin and I took him for his favorite meal...SUSHI!!! Don't you love how Kevin was more concerned about showing the sushi in the photo than making sure that Tanner and I were in focus. Priorities, priorities... On the way to sushi we amused Tanner with stories of the day he was born. He couldn't wait until we got to the restaurant.

I couldn't be more proud of this kid. He turned me to mush the day he was born and continues to do it today. He is a good student, kind friend, and over all awesome young man. I love you, Tan-Man! Happy Birthday!!!
