I love Easter. I really do. It means that Spring is here. It means that I can reflect on the Resurrection of my Savior. It means that I can boil a huge amount of eggs and dye them a rainbow of pretty colors, then hide them and send the kids searching. It's one of my favorite times of the year.
However, I do have some reservations about the commercialism of this beautiful holiday.
Actually, it's just ONE reservation...
Cadbury Mini Eggs

I have been sitting on my couch for 40 minutes, reading a book, and eating an ENTIRE BAG OF CADBURY MINY EGGS!!! I absolutely LOVE cadbury mini eggs. I wait all year to buy them. They come out as soon as Valentines Day is over and I look forward to the rush of adrenaline I get when I go to the store and see them on the shelf. For me, they are the perfect combination of a crispy outer shell of crunchy chocolate goodness, surrounding a small burst of pure milk chocolate delightfulness. For any of you who have not tried these little morsels of heavenly scrumptiousness, then I suggest one of two things:
1. Try them, and then be prepared to spend unheard of amounts of dollars to buy enough to make it until next Easter.
or
2. Don't try them and save yourself the agony of knowing if 20 bags is enough to get you through.
Either way...I've got to hit the gym HARD tomorrow!!! (And every day after that until my stash runs out!!)

You are hilarious. Scott loves those as well- I don't know what it is... then again, I do! You described it :)
I miss you guys! Bummer that Scott's been sick. I have spring break this week so we should try to get together!
gross...give me the reese's pb eggs any day over those...i'm not a big candy shell person...
You and Todd have the same problem. He loves them! Who am I kidding. I love them too!
I agree they are delicious! I think I've eaten a bag myself in the last week or so.
If it contains chocolate then you know it's going to be good. But I agree with Sara - Reese's Peanut Butter Egg mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!
